At Cherry Lane Doodles, we prioritize breeding healthy, well-tempered Goldendoodles. Our puppies come from a foundation of rigorous health testing, including OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals), PennHIP, and comprehensive genetic health screenings, along with a Champion Pedigree.

We utilize a blend of the BAB Curriculum, Avidog, Midwoofery, and Puppy Culture, which is a week-by-week guide designed to promote neurological stimulation and emotional resilience in our puppies. This approach ensures that our puppies are not only well-socialized but also develop the skills necessary to thrive in their forever homes.

In addition to our training methods, we conduct temperament assessments using the BAB Evaluation Method. This process helps our families select the perfect companion to suit their unique needs and lifestyles. Our commitment to responsible breeding ethics has also earned us an Excellent rating on Good Dog, the highest recognition possible.

More Than A Companion

At Cherry Lane Doodles, we are incredibly proud of the difference our dogs make in the lives of others.

While most become beloved family companions, some have gone on to serve in truly meaningful roles. Our dogs work in school districts, comforting children and parents during stressful moments; in funeral homes, providing support to grieving families; and as therapy dogs, helping children and adults facing emotional and mental health challenges. We even have a Diabetic Alert Dog trained to alert her owner to changes in blood sugar before her owner recognizes the signs herself.

These stories are a beautiful reminder that the puppies we raise can become so much more than pets.

While our puppies are equipped with wonderful traits and qualities, their successful development largely depends on the training, socialization, and consistency provided by their families. Regardless of how impressive our puppies may appear we always HIGHLY recommend that families establish a solid training plan. Obedience training is so beneficial for your puppy and your family.

Aren’t Local to Us? No Problem!

We utilize flight nannies to deliver puppies to our families who aren’t local to us. Our flight nannies can deliver to most major airports in the United States! These caring flight nannies remain with the puppy the entire time. The puppy is never in cargo or out of the flight nanny’s sight. We will not ship puppies. A flight nanny has to be utilized so they have constant care and supervision while traveling.

When we’re not busy showering our dogs and puppies with love, our family stays pretty busy! My husband serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and recently earned his Doctorate Degree.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and taught 5th grade at our local elementary school. While I truly loved teaching, I made the decision to step away from the classroom to stay home and raise our three children.

During those years at home, we rekindled our love for raising puppies—and what started as a family passion grew into something incredibly special. Being able to raise our puppies right alongside our children has made this journey even more meaningful, and that same emphasis on family, education, love, and care continues to be at the heart of everything we do.
