*As Breeders, we always get the right to any puppy in every litter, at any time. If this situation arises, the last person on the list can have the option of being moved toward the top of the list of an upcoming litter or have their reservation fee refunded.
*We accept 8-10 reservation spots per litter. In the event that an unusually small litter occurs, the people on the list, who do not receive a puppy, can have the choice to be added to an upcoming litter list or can choose to receive their reservation fee back ultimately removing them from an upcoming reservation list in the future.
Reservation Fees are non-refundable (unless one of the above situations occurs). When moving to a future reservation list, the family can choose one upcoming litter to join within a year from the date their reservation fee was received or forfeit their reservation fee.
The first two spots on every litter are reserved for Breeder Pick Spots. We use these spots for various purposes such as adding to our breeding program, service/therapy, donation, breeder trades, or fulfilling prior reservations. If we don't need to use these spots, they can be purchased for an additional fee for a pet home. If you're interested in purchasing a breeder pick spot, please contact me to see if it's available.

Temperaments- This is a first-time pairing between Emmie and Jasper. Emmie comes from our very own Cherry Lane Doodle lines. Ivy and Charlie are her parents and have been one of our most popular lines with their strong human focus, and friendly, outgoing nature. They get along with every person and animal, and are the epitome of a dependable, sweet family dog! Emmie has several therapy dogs in her lines. Emmie has the highly sought-after benefits of being low shed/hypoallergenic with two strong furnishing genes. Jasper belongs to our friends at New Doods on the Block. Jasper has a beautiful, deep red wavy coat and a loving personality. He is the friendly neighborhood dog everyone loves, but he is also super smart! Jasper comes from therapy dog lines and earned his Good Citizen Certificate at 10 months. Three of Jasper’s puppies have gone on to future service and therapy dog training. Temperaments- This is a first-time pairing between Gracie and Teddy. Gracie is a 4th Generation puppy born at Cherry Lane Doodles. She comes from long lines of health and temperament which we have witnessed firsthand in our program. Gracie is an Ellie puppy with a very sweet temperament. She is very smart and aims to please her family. Gracie is easygoing with great confidence and motivation. She is medium energy which means she is great to cuddle up on the couch with but also loves to play with her humans and fellow dog sibling! Teddy is our very own mini stud, and he is without a doubt one of the best dogs we have ever had! We had no intentions of keeping Teddy in our home, and we were planning on placing him in Guardian Home, but his personality is one of a kind. He literally skipped over the puppy stage, never chewing on anything or gnawing on any of us. However, he is just the perfect balance of playfulness and calm, with a really high level of intelligence and eagerness to please. Temperaments- We have not decided which stud we are using yet, but it will be Cody or Teddy. Honey is the calmest, most gentle dog I have ever met. She knows no strangers. Honey has produced several therapy/service puppies. Her calm nature, low prey drive, high confidence, and motivation are great qualities that she passes on to her puppies! Teddy is our very own mini stud, and he is without a doubt one of the best dogs we have ever had! Hart is energetic but loves naptime, but being playful is her favorite! She loves to snuggle and loves sitting with her family on the couch. She loves all humans and other dogs and prefers being close to her human family and doggy siblings. She doesn’t like to do much alone, and overall is submissive and lets others be in charge.
